We’re delighted to be performing at Festival No.6 in Portmeirion, Wales with Robin Ince, Salena Godden and Jan Blake as special guests
We’re thrilled to be heading to Brighton Fringe for a double bill with our brand new spoken word and music comedy show Hunting Pigs.
Hunting Pigs is a brand new spoken-word musical comedy written by TF head honcho Chris Redmond, award winning author and stand-up poet Anna Freeman, and the fellas from The Tongue Fu Band.
Developed as part of Bristol Old Vic’s Ferment programme, it features awkward stories of adolescence, a heavy metal drum teacher guru, death defying costume changes and a kick-ass one-night stand story. Combining storytelling, comedy, music and a lot of wigs, it’s a rambunctious, musical exploration of what it means to really let the inner pig out. Tickets here
We are thrilled to be working with The Photographers Gallery, London, for a one-off special event, as part of their William Burroughs, Andy Warhol and David Lynch exhibition. Chris Redmond, Salena Godden and Toby Thomson will be performing with music and visuals inspired by these legendary artists. Tickets here
The British Council and Connect ZA invited Chris Redmond and TF keys man Arthur Lea to South Africa to lead some workshops and create some African Fu with musicians and poets in Johannesburgh (28th Feb and 1st March), Stellenbosch (2nd March) and Cape Town (3rd and 4th March). It exceeded all expectations. Thanks to all the amazing poets and musicians with whom we shared stages.
